◆ INGREDIENTS
● Butter - 1tbsp
● Chopped Green Chilli - 2
● Ginger & Garlic paste - 1tbsp
● Onion ( paste ) - 1
● Tomato ( paste ) - 1
● Salt - to taste
● Coriander powder - 1tsp
● Turmeric - 1/2 tsp
● Garam Masala - 1tsp
● Chilli Powder - 1/2 tsp
● Boiled Eggs ( Grated ) - 3
● Egg - 1
● Fresh coriander
◆ PROCEDURE
1. Heat pan, Add butter.
2. Add green chilli & Ginger garlic paste, saute for 1 min.
3. Add Onion paste & cook , add tomato paste, saute for 2 min.
4. Add all dry spices, cook till raw smell of spices no more.
5. Add little water, add boiled egg & let it cook.
6. In a bowl, add 1 egg, gree chilli, fresh coriander & salt , beat well.
7. Add beaten egg into pan & mix well.
8. Cook for 2 min.
9. Add chopped coriander & Serve.
