◆ Ingredients:
● 2 boiled and mashed potatoes,
● 150 gms boiled green peas
● 150 gms boiled french beans
● 2 tbsp cornflour
● 1/4 tsp black pepper powder
● 1 tsp hot chilli powder,
● Half Tbsp garam masala
● oil for frying
● 2 tablespoons mawa
● 2 tablespoons cottage cheese
● 5 almonds
● 4 cashews
● 4 walnuts - finely chopped
● salt as per taste. (Grind all together.)
◆ For green paste:
● 4 chopped green chillies
● half a bowl of mint
● half a bowl of green coriander,
● Salt as per taste
Method
1. Mash the boiled potatoes and keep them aside.
2. Mix in the paneer. Mix the almonds, cashews and walnuts. Make shells and keep them aside.
3. Boil the green peas and French beans in salted water and sieve.
4. Now grind it and add green paste. Mix the mashed potatoes.
5. Mix salt, black pepper, spicy chilli powder, garam masala and cornflour, make balls of this green mixture and add paneer mawa balls.
6. Roll like cutlet & deep fry, Serve with mint chutney.
