 ◆ INGREDIENTS

● OIL - 3Tbsp

● CINNAMON - 1inch 

● CUMIN - 1Tbsp

● CLOVES - 4 

● BAYLEAF - 3 

● ONION ( chopped ) - 1

● TOMATOES - 2 

● GINGER & GARLIC PASTE - 1Tbsp

● GREEN CHILLI - 3

● POTATO - 100gm 

● CAULIFLOWER - 100gm 

● GARAM MASALA - 1Tsp

● TURMERIC - 1Tsp

● RICE - 200gm 

● FRESH CORIANDER - 2Tbsp

● GHEE - 1Tbsp

● WATER - 400ml ( Double of Rice ) 


◆ PROCEDURE


1. Heat oil, add whole spices fry for 1min.

2. Add chopped onion, saute for 2 min. Add Ginger garlic paste, cook for 1 min.

3. Add vegetables & cook for 3-4min.

4. Add green chilli & tomato saute.

5. Add rice, turmeric, salt & garam masala, cook for 2min.

6. Add water & chopped coriander mix well & cook on low heat till rice is cooked.

7. Add ghee on top.

8. Serve hot.
