        Ingredients
    
    Fish (Rohu)  - 250gm
    Salt - To taste
    Turmeric – 1tbsp
    Curd – 1 cup
    Chili Powder - 1tsp
    Onion ( Chopped ) – 2
    Ginger & Garlic Paste – 1tbsp
    Mustard Oil – 3tbsp
    Green Chili – 3
     Bay leaf – 3
     Clove – 4
    Cardamom – 4
    Cinnamon – 1inch

 METHOD


   TO MARINATE FISH

  1.  Take fish, add salt & Turmeric (1tsp).
  2.  Mix well, keep aside for 30min.

   TO FRY FISH

  1.  Heat Oil Fry Fish.
  2.  Fry each side for 2 min.
  3.  Set aside.

  SECOND MARINATION

  1.  Take cued, Add Turmeric, Chilli Powder, Half finely chopped onion, Ginger & Garlic paste.

  2.  Mix all ingredient well with curd.

  3.  Add fried fish.

  4.  Coat fish with marination.

  5.  Keep aside.

    FINAL COOKING

  1.  Heat oil, add whole spices & fry for 1min.

  2.  Add remaining chopped onions, fry for 2 min.

  3.  Add marinated fish & chopped chillies.

  4.  Cook for 10mins on low heat.
