Tandoori Naan

Ingredients  :-
  Ø Refined Flour – 1kg
  Ø Salt – 1tsp
  Ø Oil – 50gm
  Ø Milk 110ml
  Ø  Curds – 100gm
  Ø Sugar – 1tbsp
  Ø Gingelly seed – 15gm
  Ø Cold water to mix
                
Method :-
  1. Sieve flour. Mix salt.
  2. Beat sugar and milk and mix with flour.
  3. Add cold water, mix well.
  4. Make a smooth dough, add oil and knead well.
  5. Add curd and knead again. The dough should be very smooth.
  6.  Keep aside for 1hr. Divide into even sizes balls.
  7. Roll on little triangle shape.
  8. Smear top of naan with gingelly seeds and bake in the tandoor (or you can cook in oven OR on tawa by flipping upside down).
