Tawa Fry Mutton Chaap
- INGREDIENTES
- Mutton Chaap:- 500gm
- Curd:- 3tbsp
- Chilli powder:- 1tbsp
- Turmeric:- 1tsp
- Garam masala:- 1tsp
- Cumin powder:-1/2tsp
- Salt:- to taste
- Oil:- for cooking
◆ METHOD
- Take mutton chaap in big mixing bowl.
- Add all the ingredients I.e. curd , chilli powder , turmeric , garam masala , cumin powder & salt. Mix well
- Keep for 3-4hrs ( keep overnight if possible).
- Put oil on tawa OR griddle place chaap (left merination in bowl also add) & cook on medium heat for 15 min or until done.
- Serve with onion ring , lemon slice , & naan.
