Tawa Fry Mutton Chaap





  • INGREDIENTES

  • Mutton Chaap:- 500gm
  • Curd:- 3tbsp
  • Chilli powder:- 1tbsp
  • Turmeric:- 1tsp
  • Garam masala:- 1tsp
  • Cumin powder:-1/2tsp
  • Salt:- to taste
  • Oil:- for cooking


◆ METHOD


  1. Take mutton chaap in big mixing bowl.
  2. Add all the ingredients I.e. curd , chilli powder , turmeric , garam masala  , cumin powder & salt. Mix well
  3. Keep for 3-4hrs ( keep overnight if possible).
  4. Put oil on tawa OR griddle place chaap (left merination in bowl also add)  & cook on medium heat  for 15 min or until done.
  5. Serve with onion ring , lemon slice , & naan.
