A very simple & delicious parsi recipe !!!
INGREDIENTS
- PANEER - 250gm
- CUMIN SEEDS - 1tbsp
- GINGER-GARLIC PASTE - 1tbsp
- CHOPPED ONION - 1no
- CHOPPED TOMATO - 2no
- GREEN CHILLIES - 2no
- TURMERIC - 1tsp
- GARAM MASALA - 1tsp
- OIL - 3tbsp
- SALT - as per taste
- CORIANDER - for garnish
METHOD
- Heat oil in kadhai add cumin seeds , ginger garlic paste saute for 30sec.
- Add chopped onion saute well till oinin turns to translucent.
- Add chopped tomatoes, green chillies & turmeric paowde fry well.
- Add grated paneer , salt mix well soo that all the cooked spices mix with paneer.
- Add garam masala cook for 1min, remove from heat
- Add chopped coriander leaves on top & mix well.
- Serve with any kind of indian bread but it tastes better with PALAK PURI.
