A very simple & delicious parsi recipe !!!





INGREDIENTS


  • PANEER - 250gm
  • CUMIN SEEDS - 1tbsp
  • GINGER-GARLIC PASTE  - 1tbsp
  • CHOPPED ONION - 1no
  • CHOPPED TOMATO - 2no
  • GREEN CHILLIES - 2no
  • TURMERIC - 1tsp
  • GARAM MASALA - 1tsp
  • OIL - 3tbsp
  • SALT - as per taste 
  • CORIANDER - for garnish


METHOD


  1. Heat oil in kadhai add cumin seeds , ginger garlic paste saute for 30sec.
  2. Add chopped onion saute well till oinin turns to translucent.
  3. Add chopped tomatoes, green chillies & turmeric paowde fry well.
  4. Add grated paneer , salt mix well soo that all the cooked spices mix with paneer.
  5. Add garam masala cook for 1min, remove from heat 
  6. Add chopped coriander leaves on top & mix well.
  7. Serve with any kind of indian bread but it tastes better with PALAK PURI.
